Digest required reliable bot integration across Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams; robust UI for role-based access; and features like automatic follow-up, MFA, and white-labeling—all while eliminating bugs, tech debt, and risk of downtime.

Automation Needs
Digest (AriaNova) needed a secure, multitenant platform that automates meeting management with transcription, follow-ups, and custom branding, enabling internals to support clients across a scalable infrastructure.
Application
Building Digest's Backbone
We built integrations for Zoom, Meet, and Teams with reliable bot performance, designed the Digest Editor for AI note refinement, and developed a secure user portal —deployed through Docker on AWS EC2.
Prototype
Delivery and Iteration
Digest's MVP launched with automatic follow-ups, calendar sync, role-based UI, and a fully functioning white-label system. Melt managed releases via DevOps pipelines and improved error handling based on client feedback.
