With legacy code and limited documentation, the Melt team had to audit, adapt, and ship improvements while maintaining performance and privacy standards. Speed and clarity were critical—the redesign needed to support millions of users without disruption.

Simplification
To reduce friction and enable maintainability, Melt scoped a web app redesign centered on user priorities—easier navigation, brand consistency, and mobile-friendliness—without rewriting core functionality.
Application
Building
Melt built modern, responsive navigation for desktop and mobile, integrated new brand styles from Figma, and redesigned the Day View—Tinybeans’ most visited page—to boost engagement while preserving analytics and core behaviors.
Prototype
Release
The updated platform launched in phases using Kanban workflows and iterative sprints. Regular planning, demos, and retrospectives helped align teams. Deliverables were accepted by the client after a July 2024 retrospective.
