Caramelo Escaso needed to help clients move beyond surface-level engagement metrics. They required a system to collect, analyze, and visualize organizational culture data at scale. Without a centralized tool, their process was manual and the diagnostics failed to capture the real gaps. Simplification
We helped productize a diagnostic model blending quantitative data (16 cultural behaviors) and thick data (AI-enhanced qualitative insights) to pinpoint gaps and prioritize actions for HR and leadership.
Application
Building
We built a React, Next.js, Drizzle, and PostgreSQL solution integrated with Typeform to render cultural results in real-time, processing demographics, annual comparisons, and dynamic graphs with analytics powered by Shadcn and Radix UI.

We delivered in 7 weeks, completing user stories with 97% quality. The MVP included real-time pulse tracking, action dashboards, and a fully branded UI aligned with Caramelo Escaso's identity, making culture measurable/actionable from day one.
