We helped productize a diagnostic model blending quantitative data (16 cultural behaviors) and thick data (AI-enhanced qualitative insights) to pinpoint gaps and prioritize actions for HR and leadership.
Application

We built a React, Next.js, Drizzle, and PostgreSQL solution integrated with Typeform to render cultural results in real-time, processing demographics, annual comparisons, and dynamic graphs with analytics powered by Shadcn and Radix UI.

We delivered in 7 weeks, completing user stories with 97% quality. The MVP included real-time pulse tracking, action dashboards, and a fully branded UI aligned with Caramelo Escaso's identity, making culture measurable/actionable from day one.
