Complify is an end-to-end compliance management system. Compliance teams use it to run every case from start to finish: creation, analysis, disposition, and approval — with the documents, deadlines, and reports that come with each one.

The challenge: one system for every compliance case, from intake to approval

Compliance work lives or dies on tracking: which cases are open, who owns them, what's overdue, and whether they closed on time. For a team to trust a new platform with that, the core workflow had to work end to end before anything else — and be ready to show the market.

The solution: case workflows, documents, analytics, and reports in one platform

We built the full case lifecycle first:

• Case management: create, edit, list, and close cases, with status, owner, due date, and category.

• Documents on every case: attach one or more files and preview them without leaving the case.

• An analytics dashboard: case analysis, cases by source and by category, and cases closed on time, filterable by the last 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, or year.

• Reports: generate and download case reports for any period, with the fields the team needs.

• Workspace administration: create and manage workspaces, and invite or remove team members.

AI features, dynamic workflows, onboarding flows, and third-party integrations were set as the next milestone, so the core could launch first.
