Challenge

Implement server-side analysis for extracting insights from mapped processes and seamlessly integrate these insights into the UI. Truvle's MVP needed to analyze mapped processes for insights such as bottlenecks and efficiency metrics and display this information in real-time within the user interface to provide value to their first customer.

Solution

We leveraged Next.js API routes to run server-side analysis on mapped processes and developed a system to integrate the extracted insights seamlessly into the UI, enabling real-time cost tracking and optimization opportunities.

Our Data-Driven System identified inefficiencies that led to a 30% reduction in operational costs for the macro-supermarket client through process streamlining and automated bottleneck detection. We used PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval, allowing for historical trend analysis and continuous improvement.

Outcome

The implementation allowed Data-driven optimization and Cost Savings for immediate feedback on process efficiency, bottlenecks, and other critical metrics. This feature became a key differentiator for Truvle, enabling their macro-supermarket client to optimize workflows based on data-driven insights, resulting in measurable efficiency improvements and cost savings.

Transform your startup's data into actionable insights. Our proven track record of 30% cost reduction through smart analytics speaks volumes. Achieve similar results!
