Over three agile sprints, our dev team delivered 9 core features including message delay, content moderation, onboarding flow, and custom themes. We reduced cost overhead and introduced tools to make the app event-ready and sponsor-friendly.

By December 2024, Rally Chat had a stable MVP with zero backlog. The platform was ready for sponsorship demos and grant applications, with improved performance and a clear roadmap to migrate off AWS Amplify for long-term scalability.
