Lack of Direct QA Support

Challenge: The absence of dedicated QA personnel led to more issues being discovered during development, even though unit tests were being performed by the developers.

Without direct QA involvement, it was difficult to catch all potential bugs and edge cases, leading to post-deployment corrections despite the developers conducting their own unit tests.

⭐ Solution:  We implemented additional testing processes, including peer code reviews and integration tests, to catch more issues early. We also suggested adding a dedicated QA resource for more thorough testing in future stages of the project.

🤝 The Outcome:  The additional testing processes reduced the number of post-deployment bugs, improving the overall stability of the product. While not perfect, the solution provided a temporary fix to the lack of a dedicated QA team.
